Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible husband JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my life in general, the good and the bad. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. At the age of one and a quarter, I joined my parents. In the hope of having the best life possible, I wanted to do my best to please them. I was focused on achieving my goals. I had a plan in life: go to college graduate land a corporate job get married buy an apartment and have children. I thought that was the definition of success. However, life had other plans to show me what it meant to be successful. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my job didn't make me feel happy. I was convinced that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. My love of fitness and my love of socializing with other people led me to discover my dream job as a personal trainer. The year 2014 was the year I began my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. There are a few Asian women in the industry. My mission in this field is to build a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. My goal is to encourage others to chase their goals and live the lives they have always wanted. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest happiness of my life. However, my mother passed away just when my professional life began to fall off. The eight years she fought fight with Scleroderma. She is now resting in Heaven and I'll always have her close to my heart. It is possible to learn from life, even though we may not be able to recognize it right now. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. It is my belief that her death gave me the chance to start a new chapter. When she passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start her new life, and also give me a second chance to live the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. What I'm experiencing now as I enter my 30s, is a feeling of awe and vitality. It's as if I am truly living, and not just existing. The purpose of the story I am sharing is to inform you that you're not the only one. I want you to believe that love is real and that therapy can be normal. Your health is truly the most important asset you have. My prayer is that you will live the life you want to live and have your final resting place is not a regret, because that's all you can count on in this life.
